Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. By default, we select Safe Drop as the preferred delivery method. If you prefer not to use Safe Drop, please contact us before placing your order so we can make alternative arrangements.

From time to time, we offer free shipping when your order meets certain spending thresholds—these promotions will be clearly stated when available.

Summer Shipping Notice
Please note: our toffee is heat-sensitive. During warmer months, shipping can be unpredictable despite our best efforts to package your order with care and protection. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are no longer able to control how it is handled or where it is placed upon delivery.

If your package is left outside in hot weather, melting is very likely. We strongly encourage customers to track their delivery and retrieve packages as soon as possible to avoid heat damage.
